Terms Of Service

After Release of Zephyr Version 2.0 this TOS will be updated! For now they are still in use but they will change soon, so pay attention.

Effective Date: January 17, 2024

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Zephyr operating system ("Zephyr" or "the OS"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using Zephyr.

2. Use of the Operating System

a. Eligibility: You must be of legal age to use Zephyr in your jurisdiction or have the necessary parental or guardian consent.

b. License: Zephyr grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the OS for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms.

3. User Conduct

a. Lawful Use: Users must abide by all applicable laws and regulations while using Zephyr.

b. Prohibited Activities: Users may not engage in activities that disrupt the operation of Zephyr, compromise its security, or violate the rights of others.

4. User Accounts

a. Registration: Some features of Zephyr may require account registration. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

b. Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

5. Privacy

Your use of Zephyr is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.

6. Intellectual Property

a. Ownership: Zephyr and its content, features, and functionality are owned by LOAD and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

b. License Limitations: Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, publicly perform, or otherwise use any part of Zephyr without explicit written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Zephyr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall LOAD be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Termination

Zephyr reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the OS at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Slovakia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms of Service

Zephyr reserves the right to update these Terms of Service. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Zephyr website or other appropriate channels.
